Worst nurses and doctor i have ever met.

I visited this clinic and first of all the nurse didn't even introduce herself for heaven sake same with the doctor. All I wanted from the stupid clinic was a referral. I was told I will receive a call within a few days from the clinic or the hospital I was refereed to. I waited a week no call the second week I called and the receptionist but me on hold for fricking 10 min. I hanged up and I called again.. only to be told that it wasn't done but they will try to do it today. What kind of a clinic is this??. I'm so pissed off right now. I will never ever go back there and I cannot refer anybody there. Everybody working there should go back to school and be taught how to be professional.

This dr. office is ok if you have something minor, like a cold or flu, but other wise I would recommend going to a different dr. I went there twice with the same problem and they were supposed to send me to a specialist but I waited for a week and no one ever contacted me. So I called them and they had no notes to make me an appt. So once I argued with them they finally sent the request to the specialist and now I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a visit. Plus their nurse staff never seems like they want to be there they always have a shitty attitude and act like you are there bothering them. Plus they only listened to part of the problems that I was having and ignored the rest. If you want to be treated like shit and talked to like you are a kid feel free to use this office. I never will again unless I have a cold I need help with.
